Key takeaways
- As of 4 October 2026, Jumper has not confirmed a JUMP airdrop to Jumper Pass XP holders or waitlist users. No airdrop size, snapshot or claim date has been announced.
- The JUMP public sale on Legion closed on 2 October 2026: 4% of supply, a $3M hard cap at $0.075 per token ($75M FDV), with pledges reported at many times the cap.
- Sale coverage reports a 33.33% community allocation, the bucket any airdrop would most likely come from. How it is split, and whether XP counts, is not public.
- TGE is targeted for Q4 2026 with no date. Any site asking you to claim JUMP before Jumper announces it on jumper.xyz or @jumperapp is a scam.
There is no confirmed Jumper airdrop as of 4 October 2026. Jumper sold JUMP tokens in a paid public sale on Legion that closed on 2 October, and coverage of the sale reports a one-third community allocation, but the team has not said whether Jumper Pass XP holders or waitlist users will receive free tokens, how many, or when. Anything more specific than that is an estimate.
Below: what is confirmed (with sources), what is only reported, what is unknown, and how to position for a possible distribution without spending more than it could be worth.
What happened with the JUMP token sale?
Jumper announced on 26 September 2026 that it is spinning out of LI.FI as a standalone company and that JUMP will be its only ownership asset, with no separate equity round (press release). LI.FI stays as the routing infrastructure; the app you bridge with is unchanged, as our Jumper guide explains.
The sale itself ran on Legion from 29 September, 13:00 UTC, to 2 October, 13:00 UTC. The terms, as reported across sale coverage including Odaily’s breakdown:
| Term | Detail |
|---|---|
| Venue | Legion (KYC required) |
| Payment | USDC on Ethereum |
| Supply sold | 4% of total supply |
| Price and FDV | $0.075 per JUMP, $75M fully diluted |
| Target / hard cap | $2M / $3M |
| Unlock | 50% at TGE, the rest over about 4 months |
| Allocation method | Not first come, first served; Legion allocates after the window closes |
The arithmetic checks out: 4% of a 1 billion supply at $0.075 is $3 million, which is the hard cap.
How much demand was there?
Far more than the cap. KuCoin News and TokenPost reported about $16 million pledged, roughly 8x the target, partway through the window (KuCoin). Later tallies from CoinGabbar put pledges at $18.4 million and then about $48.6 million by the close.
Those headline numbers are pledges, not money raised. Only about $3 million of JUMP could be sold, so most pledges get scaled down, and unused funds are returned through Legion. Jumper has not published a final pledged total or participant count that we could find.
Is there a Jumper airdrop? Confirmed vs reported vs unknown
This is the part most airdrop pages blur. Here it is separated.
Confirmed
- JUMP exists as a planned token and was sold on Legion, with Jumper describing it as the single way users, contributors and investors share in the company’s growth.
- XP and waitlist rank mattered for the sale. Higher Jumper Pass XP levels and a top-500 Make the JUMP waitlist rank were listed as priority factors for Legion allocations, alongside Legion’s own scoring.
- The sale excluded certain countries: the US, UK, UAE, Russia, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Cuba and sanctioned regions of Ukraine, with EU access limited to fewer than 150 eligible people per member state (crypto.news).
- No airdrop has been announced. Not in the press release, not in the sale terms.
Reported, not confirmed by Jumper
- Tokenomics. Sale coverage reports this split of a 1 billion supply:
| Allocation | Share | Tokens (of 1B) |
|---|---|---|
| Community | 33.33% | ~333M |
| Investors | 26.07% | ~261M |
| Treasury | 21.90% | ~219M |
| Team | 14.70% | 147M |
| Public sale | 4% | 40M |
- The community bucket is the likely airdrop source, but Odaily notes the distribution method, whether there will be an airdrop and how it ties to XP had not been finalised.
- TGE in Q4 2026. Reported consistently; some outlets float mid to late October, which is speculation.
- Token utility. Staking or locking JUMP for fee discounts and reward multipliers is described as proposed, and JUMP is expected to fund incentives for Jumper’s upcoming perps product.
Unknown
- Whether any airdrop happens at all.
- Its size, and how much would go to XP holders versus waitlist users, Missions, partners or future seasons.
- Snapshot date, sybil rules, minimum XP or level, claim window and vesting.
- Whether the sale’s country restrictions also apply to an airdrop.
How do XP and waitlist rank factor in?
So far they have counted for one thing: priority in the Legion sale. That is meaningful, because it shows Jumper is willing to use XP and waitlist data when deciding who gets tokens. It is not a promise of free tokens.
Jumper Pass XP is earned from bridges, swaps and cross-chain transfers through Jumper, plus Missions run with partner protocols. Levels rise with XP and unlock perks. Community trackers report XP is credited in a batch early each month, so recent activity can take weeks to show. The rewards side is covered in our Jumper referral and XP guide.
The Make the JUMP waitlist at waitlist.jumper.xyz ranks people by invites after they connect X. Third-party guides list an X account at least 180 days old with 10 or more followers as entry conditions. Rank is driven by referrals, which makes it easy to game and likely to be filtered hard.
What could XP be worth? A hypothetical
A community calculator (not affiliated with Jumper) counted about 247.6 million XP across about 2.8 million wallets on the public leaderboard, as of a 28 September snapshot. Suppose, purely for illustration, that 100 million JUMP went to XP holders pro rata:
- 1 XP would equal about 0.40 JUMP.
- A wallet with 5,000 XP would get about 2,020 JUMP, or about $150 at the $0.075 sale price.
Every input there is an assumption: the 100 million figure is the calculator’s guess, real airdrops usually use tiers, caps and sybil filters rather than a straight split, and the market price after TGE could be far above or below the sale price. Use it to sanity-check spending, not to forecast.
How to position for a possible JUMP distribution
The aim is to build history you’d be fine with even if no airdrop comes.
- Use Jumper for transfers you were going to make anyway. Bridging between L2s costs cents to a dollar or two in total fees on stablecoin routes; our Jumper guide breaks down gas, bridge fees and the LI.FI fee line. Fees paid for real activity cost you nothing extra.
- Do Missions that match your plans. They pay more XP per dollar than raw volume. Skip ones that require buying a token you don’t want.
- Check your Jumper Pass profile after the monthly XP update to make sure activity is being counted to the right wallet. Spread activity across one main wallet, not ten.
- Join the waitlist if you haven’t, using your real X account. Inviting people who actually use Jumper is fine; buying followers or running alt accounts is the profile that sybil filters remove.
- Watch official channels only: jumper.xyz, support.jumper.xyz and @jumperapp on X. An airdrop announcement will come from there first.
Don’t wash-trade for XP. Ten round-trip bridges of $1,000 might cost $10 to $30 depending on the chains. Against the hypothetical above, that buys XP that may be worth nothing, and repetitive same-amount loops are a classic sybil signal.
If you are comparing cross-chain tools partly on rewards, deBridge runs a points programme with published seasons; see Jumper vs deBridge. For how a confirmed airdrop looks by contrast, our Variational points page covers one where the team has published the percentage.
How to avoid fake Jumper airdrop sites
Unconfirmed token plus heavy hype is the ideal setup for phishing, and lookalike domains are already in circulation. Security trackers such as PhishDestroy have flagged domains like jumper-exchange.org and misspellings like jymper.xyz serving clones of the app.
Practical rules:
- Type the domain yourself. The app is jumper.xyz; jumper.exchange redirects to it. The waitlist is waitlist.jumper.xyz. Anything else, including .org, .io or hyphenated versions, is not Jumper.
- Read every signature. A real claim moves tokens to you. A
setApprovalForAll,permitor unlimitedapproveon a “claim” page hands your tokens to someone else. - Use a separate wallet for claims when the time comes, and keep your main holdings on a hardware wallet. Our hardware wallet setup guide covers connecting one to DeFi apps.
- Ignore “eligibility checkers” that ask you to connect a wallet and sign. Checking eligibility should never need a signature.
- Revoke old approvals with a tool like revoke.cash if you clicked something you shouldn’t have.
Who should care, and who should skip it
Worth paying attention to if you already bridge across chains regularly: routing through Jumper costs about the same as going direct on common routes, and it adds XP history at no extra cost.
Skip the farming if you’d be bridging only to earn XP, if you live in a country excluded from the sale (the airdrop rules may mirror it), or if you’d be tempted to buy JUMP at listing on airdrop hype. Newly listed tokens with 50% of the sale unlocking at TGE often see heavy selling in the first weeks.
We’ll update this page when Jumper publishes airdrop terms, a TGE date or the official contract address.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a Jumper airdrop?
Not a confirmed one. As of 4 October 2026, Jumper has run a paid JUMP token sale on Legion, but has not announced an airdrop, a snapshot or a claim date for XP holders or waitlist users.
When is the JUMP TGE?
Sale coverage puts the token generation event in Q4 2026. Jumper has not published an exact date, and the token has no official contract address yet.
Does Jumper XP convert to JUMP tokens?
No conversion rate has been published. XP levels gave priority in the Legion sale, but any XP-to-JUMP calculator you see is a community estimate, not Jumper's formula.
How much did the JUMP token sale raise?
The sale had a $3 million hard cap at a $75 million FDV, so at most about $3 million could be sold. Reported pledges ranged from about $16 million to over $48 million, and excess funds are returned through Legion.
Can US or UK users get JUMP?
The Legion sale excluded the US, UK, UAE, sanctioned countries and some others, and capped EU access per member state. Airdrop eligibility rules have not been published, but restrictions of this kind often carry over.
